Our story dates back May 2007 when Apostle William Korir, the Founder and General Overseer of Hope Ministries World received a divine calling from the almighty God to start Hope Ministries World Church. This Ministry is based on the expansive grassland of Kitengela East Constituency of Kajiado County. Apostle William Korir hails from Tegat which is in Bomet East Constituency of Bomet County. He was born on 5th August 1960, at the slops of Mologit next to Kimologit Primary in Kipkelion East constituency of Kericho County. In 1966 at age 6 the parents of Apostle William Korir, Mr John Laboso and Esther Tabrandich moved to Chemaner - Kuresiet and later settled in Tegat to date.
Apostle William Korir moved to Nairobi City at age 22, and landed a job a year later - 1983, in National Cereals Board (NCPB), a government Parastatal, where he worked till 30th October 2011. During his employment, he rose through the ranks and had an opportunity to travel abroad to India, Romania and Ukraine.
His Christian Life:
Apostle William Korir was brought up in Seventh Day Adventist Church, where he was a staunch believer till 2007 when he received a calling to start a new Ministry. God gave him the name of the Ministry and His Title which is "Hope Ministries World" and "Apostle" respectively.
Hope Ministries World opened doors to Sunday Services in 2008 and was formally registered in the year 2011. Since then the ministry has been active and expanding.
